What materials do you use in your products?
We use a mix of high-quality materials to create our pieces. Our cushions feature fabrics made from cotton, polyester, linen, and acrylic, with a plush wool and polyester filling for the perfect balance of comfort and durability. Our wool collection is crafted from 100% Shaniko Wool, ensuring the best in quality, sustainability, and feel
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. The fabrics for our cushions are donated by the Kate Ause Showroom, discontinued textiles that would otherwise go to waste, given a second life at Harry’s Room. Our plush wool stuffing comes from CeCe’s Wool, sourced from an American farm committed to quality. And for our wool collection, we use Shaniko Wool Company, known for its focus on traceability and regenerative agriculture. Every material we choose is part of our mission to create beautiful, responsible designs
How should I care for my wool t-shirt?
To keep your wool t-shirt looking and feeling its best, wash it gently by hand or on a delicate machine cycle in cool water with similar colors. After washing, lay it flat to dry. No wringing or twisting needed. Treat it with care, and it’ll stay soft and stylish for years to come
Do you ship internationally?
For now, Harry’s Room ships only within the U.S. But we’re excited about expanding internationally in the future! Stay in the loop by subscribing to our newsletter you’ll be the first to know when our products become available worldwide
What is your return policy?
We take pride in offering high-quality, sustainably sourced wool products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Items from our Wool Collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order wool items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping costs).

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return

Our cushions are handcrafted with care at our headquarters in, Portland, Oregon. Our ready-to-wear collection is proudly made in Brooklyn, New York
